Me and the gf were driving the other day and we absolutely noticed it. I remember thinking man it sure is foggy but there was just something really different about it. It really was unlike any other fog I have ever experienced. I kept thinking it was more similar to like smoke from a wildfire or something. It had a haziness to it rather than a thickness, if that makes sense. I completely forgot about it until now but yeah, I definitely witnessed it, we drove right through it.
I'm surprised at the skepticism here in the comments. I've seen other videos on this and have some anecdotal experience with oddness in the weather, especially with fog. The government has literally admitted to doing things like this before, most notably on the West coast, I believe in CA so doesn't seem so far fetched to me.
I just watched a 'fog' video, and it seems to be some sort of 'flash-meme'. "OMG, it's foggy!"
I live directly on the coast and most mornings start out with fog, even with a rating of 262 days of sun. A few weeks ago there was thick fog that didn't burn off until late afternoon, but it was just fog.

That creates fog
In Texas probably freezing fog
In Florida probably advection fog
There's all kinds: freezing, ice, advection, steam, radiation
It's generally due to a humidity increases.
To fix it, throw deep state minions into a volcano
