Step 1: Get all those homeless white people and have the farmers give them some land along the edge of their property to build houses. Houses are built with suburb spacing all around the farms. The homeless whites act as guards. They can observe and report and even just shoot them if you give them guns. And you should.

Another good idea is to make a phone app that can detect when it's being jammed. Phone jammers work by making a big signal that blocks out other signals. The phone can tell when a signal is lost and there's a strong signal nearby. It goes off when it's jammed. Thus the jammer triggers the alarm.
