I imagine it is hard to be motivated to make millions for the (((executives))) while receiving little recognition and even smaller benefits, like below COL pay increases and weekly "lunches", all to have to train your H1B replacement when the profits start to dip (after record quarters).

H1B has been described as indentured servitude, and it seems very apt - given that the immigrant is bound to the company and can be shipped back whenever. Sort of a big incentive to take little pay and work 14 hour days, unlike Whites who want to actually live comfortably. I guess that is the greatest sin of Whites - to want to live comfortably.
