The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States; he may require the Opinion, in writing, of the principal Officer in each of the executive Departments, upon any Subject relating to the Duties of their respective Offices, and he shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment
Now I want you to realize that the founding fathers thought of every eventuality including what happens if a corrupt president decides to pardon all his corrupt cronies.
They literally reviewed 2,000 to 4,000 years of history and mistakes in leadership of all different forms of government known to them at the time including those of Greece and Rome and others.
They looked at the weights and balances of power among them all. To believe that they did not include in the Constitution a means to rectify a completely corrupt president pardoning all his corrupt cronies after the fact would be stupid.
Of course they thought of that which is why if you impeach a corrupt president after he leaves power you could nullify all the pardons he gave to his cronies as this constitutional clause says.
(In fact now that I think of it since Trump was impeached his disgusting pardons of Michael Milken the savings alone junk bond scammer who cost the country billions of dollars and is still prominent in finance today as well as Jonathan Pollard the famous Israeli spy that gave away US nuclear stealth sub-secrets to Israel who now has one of the most advanced submarine fleets in the world capable of launching their nuclear tipped missiles could also be said to be invalid)
The thing I love about this place and gab... the headline says something then comment after comments reminds everyone who really runs and owns the usa...
It's the fucking jews and they will get what they want they have since around 1960 maybe even starting at the end of the Civil war
Even if he was impeached, do you really think they would actually reverse the pardons? They don’t even put the real criminals in jail as it is. Y’all need to wake the hell up.
He was still impeached, just not convicted. All the word means is "to accuse." It's a formal accusation by the House of wrongdoing, but not an actual trial or conviction (the Senate is the only body with the power to have an impeachment trial).
It's the Congressional version of a grand jury indictment, which then has to go to trial to decide if someone is guilty or not.
Too many people on both sides get this horribly wrong, every time. They think "oh he's been impeached, so he's out of office." Not quite.
I think as the white population is reduced it will hit some critical percentage and something will happen that will be out of their control and totally unplanned for and then 110 the final solution happens.
even just a handful of angry white men are a force to be reckoned with, 100 men in Rhodesia held back a nigger army of 6000
How exactly did a senile elderly man who can't string together a coherent sentence make the decision to free a bunch of Kikes and some rando's in order to hide the true intent of the pardons?
Where is it suggested that if you're impeached your pardons get undone? That isn't true for any other presidential power. Laws don't get unmade. Military decisions don't get reversed. Declassified documents don't get reclassified. Why would pardons get undone.
All that means is that a President can't pardon themselves or someone else if they've been impeached. And impeachment doesn't nullify anything at all, because it's not a conviction.
Impeach means "to accuse." It's literally just the Congressional version of an indictment. Impeachments are delivered by the House, and then it's up to the Senate to have a trial (or not, as we've seen).
So no, nobody's pardons are getting revoked or nullified because the President who issued them was accused of something.
You're literally arguing the same legal fiction as some guy getting punished for being a "rapist" before even going to trial, simply because he was formally accused of it.

First off, impeachment has no legal weight, it's just an allegation. Second, This is retarded and has absolutely no basis in law or history. You can't retroactively remove (what you're calling impeach) a president. The vested executive power ceases upon removal. But nice try I guess.
Now I want you to realize that the founding fathers thought of every eventuality
If this were true, then the Commerce Clause wouldn't be in the Constitution.
This is the play... let hunter bidens pardon stand and give him immunity because he is pardoned after he testifies to save his own ass with his pardon immunity...
You wait then when his dad is in jail or waiting to be hanged for treason... trump then impeached biden taking away hunters pardon immunity then tie hunter and Joe up together to let future iew puppets know what happens to traitors

If they’ve destroyed the morality of your culture and your race… don’t treat them morally.
This is simple math and everybody is pretending to overlook it.
