I never trust Hollywood actors, but I really feel sorry for Pierce Brosnan. Just watched a video about his life. His life got screwed since he was born. He was left by both parents and was raised by his random relatives. He was bullied in school because was too cool. Both his first wife and their daughter died from cancer. He managed to find a second wife who looks like a good person, but she got sick and become really fat. He doesn't care about blockbusters and just want to do interesting movies. He really looks like a real normal person. This is really depressing.
Hypothyroidism - When the thyroid gland doesn't produce enough thyroid hormones, metabolism slows down, leading to weight gain. Cushing’s Syndrome - An overproduction of cortisol by the adrenal glands can lead to increased fat accumulation, particularly around the abdomen, face, and upper back. Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) - This hormonal disorder affects women and can lead to insulin resistance, weight gain, and obesity. Insulin Resistance and Type 2 Diabetes - These conditions can lead to higher levels of insulin, which promotes fat storage and weight gain. Prader-Willi Syndrome - A genetic disorder characterized by chronic hunger, which can lead to excessive eating and obesity. Growth Hormone Deficiency - Lack of growth hormone can lead to increased fat mass, especially in children but also in adults. Depression - Can lead to changes in appetite and activity levels, sometimes resulting in weight gain. Sleep Apnea - Poor sleep quality can disrupt hormonal balance, including those that regulate appetite, leading to weight gain. Hypothalamic Obesity - Damage to the hypothalamus, which can occur from surgery, tumors, or other brain injuries, can disrupt appetite regulation leading to obesity. Medications - Certain medications like some antidepressants, antipsychotics, steroids, and even some anti-diabetic drugs can cause weight gain. Bardet-Biedl Syndrome - A genetic condition that can include obesity among its symptoms. Klinefelter Syndrome - Males with this condition might experience lower metabolism rates leading to obesity.
I actually met Pierce Brosnan, and I'm sure he doesn't know who I am. Met Sean Connery the same night, Trump was also present though I had met him previously. Needless to say, I've found myself in some interesting situations.

Although I have to say there is no disease that makes you really fat. No matter what disease you have if you eat less food you will lose the weight.
