One night over a decade ago I was watching a live lottery drawing and I witnessed something peculiar. As the guy is drawing the numbers, on one pick he flicks away the ball redraws another. Very strangely the numbers are reversed from 35 to 53. I notice this immediately. Sure everyone else did too? I search the web. Nothing. No mention of it anywhere. Much later on I search for the event and the only thing I could find is this youtube video. Someone else noticed and recorded it. Still nothing came of the situation. No explanation was ever given. I cant find that youtube video today. But I did download it and just found it on an old PC. The quality is shit but it shows clearly what is happening. The lottery is rigged. They fucked up on live TV and only a couple people noticed.

Easy way is to have access to the lottery database (you need the control number generated) and print a winning ticket after the drawing. In the past only the corporation had access to lottery data. You could figure out if multimatch has been fixed. 50x49x48x47x46x45 is the odds of a hit but you need to know number of plays. If statistically the number of wins is higher than expected, you can assume tickets are being produced creating higher number of hits.
