LOL. This was always the plan. Imagine being a democlap voter or donor. Ripped off by Bernie. Ripped off by Hilldawg. Ripped off by Heels Up, and now this, likely the ONLY reason they voted, for millions of reddit soys and deluded wahmens.

Naive white kids sign up for outrageous amounts of student loan debt, then Daddy.gov freezes them out of the job market with DEI and illegal invaders.
I explained it to a red headed young man a couple weeks ago.
When I was done, he opened his mouth and went off on Trump.
I just shook my head and walked away.
The cognitive sterilization is complete.

The plans would also likely face more legal challenges and be abandoned once President-elect Donald Trump takes office.

Well why didn't they do it during the past 4 years? Why wait until the end of his term? Ohhhhh, yeah, then they'd have to do it and they really never planned to in the first place. Ahahahaha! You fucksticks believed(hoped) yourselves straight into the River of Denial.

The department released one of the plans in April and promised that borrowers could expect debt relief as early as fall 2024. They released another plan 11 days before the November election.

If only you had voted harder Biden would still be president and your debt would be cleared! <<< This is just sick and disgusting of that Administration. Think about it, they were dangling the cheese over the top of these people's heads.

This is pitiful but I don't feel sorry for any of you. You should not borrow $100,000 for a degree that at most pays $30,000 and has tons of applicants already waiting.

give up

Except it was already implemented for tens of thousands of people and four billion in forgiveness was just given out yesterday.

$4.28 billion in student loan debt for 54,900 borrowers who work in public service

Oh now that is fucked.

That is different. The public service forgiveness was for those who have been paying for 10 or more years already, and would have already qualified for forgiveness but got picked the wrong repayment plan or something else went wrong to keep them from getting forgiveness.

This is not the everyone gets $10k plan.

But I'd still guess that the majority of those who benefited from this are dumb government diversity hires who've already been sucking off tax dollars at their government job and are now getting even more tax dollars thrown at them.
