Interesting choice.

I could really watch that movie anytime. Was pretty disappointed when I seen the new one in theaters.

The one with the gal? It wasn’t that bad. Cant compare with the original though.

[ - ] Smedleys_Butler -1 points 5 monthsDec 21, 2024 21:55:38 ago (+0/-1)

You mean the 1950s version? I do like the female lead in that one

[ - ] PostWallHelena 1 point 5 monthsDec 21, 2024 22:55:13 ago (+1/-0)

No wasn’t there a Thing sequel with a stronk wahman lead?

[ - ] Smedleys_Butler 0 points 5 monthsDec 22, 2024 10:38:01 ago (+0/-0)

Well there was but the original original has a trad girl. Who the fuck downvoated this?

[ - ] PostWallHelena 0 points 5 monthsDec 22, 2024 10:44:37 ago (+0/-0)

Not me.

I did see the 50s version. I just forgot about it. But the 2011 version was not that bad and it did have a stronk wahman.

[ - ] Smedleys_Butler 1 point 5 monthsDec 22, 2024 10:54:23 ago (+1/-0)

I was actually more disappointed with the special effects maybe. The original is so good for it's time.

"It's a Wonderful Life", I've always liked it. Then somewhere along the line, it became very relatable...

[ - ] MaryXmas 3 points 5 monthsDec 21, 2024 21:08:01 ago (+3/-0)

I was wondering who was going to say this.

[ - ] bohmoonx 2 points 5 monthsDec 21, 2024 22:49:27 ago (+2/-0)

Yea, a movie I've watch every year, over 60 times. Every year it's more obvious Mr Potter is a jew. I'm surprised "they" haven't removed it.

I like the die hard rolex idea where the boss gives his wife a rolex and McClain releases it to kill the villain and save his wife.

[ - ] o0shad0o 1 point 5 monthsDec 21, 2024 20:59:12 ago (+1/-0)

I like the first three Die Hard movies. (I haven't seen the rest but I wouldn't be surprised if I liked them too.)

And yes, they're all Christmas movies.

[ - ] DukeofRaul 2 points 5 monthsDec 21, 2024 21:32:07 ago (+2/-0)

They get pretty bad after the 1st one

[ - ] PostWallHelena 1 point 5 monthsDec 21, 2024 21:55:01 ago (+1/-0)

The 3rd was okay but too much nigger.

[ - ] NoRefunds 3 points 5 monthsDec 21, 2024 22:39:13 ago (+3/-0)

He wears the sign I hate niggers, which is the best scene of any movie ever

Hans Gruber did nothing wrong. Takagi was asking for it.

Scrooged (1988)

The Muppet Christmas Carol (1992)

The Santa Clause (1994)

(Christmas Vacation is up there for me too.)

I know, I know. Muppets? I still love Henson's creation, and his son is the one who did this film. Michael Caine as Scrooge is still my favorite portrayal of Scrooge ever, haha. Movies used to try.

The Muppet Christmas Carol: "There's nothing in nature that freezes your heart like years of being alone."

I like the Santa Clause too. And Muppet Christmas Carol.

My favorite Scrooge is Albert Finney. Great musical. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KpTxBuo8zno

Fully agreed. Although doubtful, I might still be able to find the VHS copy I watched.

I guess a christmas story. Can’t go wrong with that one.

I kinda like White Christmas in spite of the WW2 jewy plotline.

[ - ] NoRefunds 1 point 5 monthsDec 21, 2024 22:38:27 ago (+1/-0)

Same as my all time favorite movie

Die Hard

[ - ] Not_C 1 point 5 monthsDec 21, 2024 22:26:29 ago (+1/-0)

A Muppet Family Christmas - By far the best Christmas movie ever made.

The original Grinch Who Stole Christmas and the early stop motion Rudolf and Santa Claus is Coming to Town must be watched every Christmas for nostalgia's sake.

Die Hard
Scrooged
Silent Night, Deadly Night 2 (it's garbage day!)

All the "Cathy Ireland Saves Christmas" Hallmark movies.

especially Christmas movies.
Not "especially"... "implicitly".
Stop worshipping a baby Jew.

My favorite Christmas movie is Iron Man 3.
