Probably playing with his drugs. Every other night, I see a fucking nigger or a spic taking their drugs (usually weed) out on the train playing with it or prepping it for use. The weed is real annoying because it stinks like shit and I mentally associate it with niggers even more than hippies.

That idea kinda reminded me of a subplot in a Phillip K Dick book I once read in which a future authoritarian government gave blacks full preferential and protective status in society and the law, but the trade off was that each successive generation could only have one child, thus eventually breeding them out of existence. Not sure I could go for this, though. Seems like the waiting would be the hardest part.
