TV in the 70s was horrible, and "Happy Days" and "Laverne and Shirley" were a couple of the worst shows. What made "Laverne and Shirley" tolerable was Michael McKean, who was funny and talented, and Cindy Williams, who was very cute and perky. I loved watching her. Penny Marshall? Meh, not so much.
