I always include the zulu. Gain their trust with a few gold each turn until right-of-passage, send my armies (usually calvary but sometimes panzers) throughout their territory and then stab them in the back all at once. Sever their road networks, destroy their irrigation and isolate their capitol until there's a noticeable population decline each turn. I'll let one city survive while working on the Manhattan project and even help that last city grow until the ICBMs are ready. And then wham-o, eat a nuke, you nigger bastards. Sometimes more than one.
