I asked my kids if they would like to get their boater licences, I’m paying for all of it.
Sure it’s great to have a boat license but that’s not why I asked. I want them to have their license so they can drive the boat while I drink beer.

I also asked my kids if they would like to get their firearms license (I’m not permitted as I am a bad man), I’m paying for all of it. Sure it’s great to have a firearms license but that’s not why I asked. I want them to build an arsenal that will make them feel safe in their homes, I’m paying for all of it.

All now have their permits to buy weapons, both boys have the ‘restricted’ permit…., whatever that means……., none have their boaters licence…….(sigh), as of yet.

Moral to this story is, the only good pig is a dead pig.

That event and that image became VERY famous in Turkey. I was living there at the time. Not only t-shirts (of course) but a doll was also made.

Apparently she wasn't involved in the protest, just taking a short-cut across the park to get to a metro station entrance . . . though, who knows.
