It MAY contain soy because somewhere along it's way from base materials to your mouth this product was in "near vicinity" to anything with soy.

Most likely it was near soy products when the bottle was filled or when it was stored before shipping. My money is on the filling process.

Food processing plants are filthy places, I know because I've installed and programmed pallet jack robots for many of them.

I saw anthocyanin, and i was like "You got cyanide in your salt" .. but no that isn't cyanide...

The other day i had an offbrand of salt and IT had an anticaking agent called "yellow prussiate of soda". ... i was like wtf is that... look it up? It's cyanide. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sodium_ferrocyanide

Anthocyanin are all the phenols of healthy brightly coloured fruit and vegetables. Think Red Cabbage, Blueberries, raspberries, pomegranates, all the red, purple and blue flora, it is not cyanide.
