One of ya'll made a post about Popeye's Chicken last week. Then the fried chicken taste-test video from yesterday. Haven't had that kind of southern negro cuisine in over a decade. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste. If I had the resources, I'd open up a chain of armored fried chicken takeout restaurants all over the hood while fully agreeing on the goyslop sentiment.

Popeyes is pretty good. Get the spicy chicken sandwich and red beans and rice. Perfect meal.

Their fries are good, but I tend to avoid unnecessary carbs. I almost never get fries from anywhere. Just the sandwich. Red Beans and rice is the one exception for them.

You forgot the massive amount of estrogen from the soybean oil. Not to mention the BPA lining of all aluminum cans in the United States. Let’s factor in the elemental iron filings in the enriched wheat flour and the soybean and corn feed diet of the chicken that changed the fatty acid profile of the meat.
