Cranberries are not naturally very sweet so they usually artificially sweeten the dried ones. Go for raisins or other dried fruit that doesn't need the added sugar.

For those not in the know: "strawberry flavor" = sugar. Those nutritional labels are supposed to have whatever makes up the largest % of the product first. Notice the first thing here is sugar. You'll also notice how they re-label the product to make it look like something other than (sugar) is first.
