I also love the ones that jump out JUST BEFORE you're about to start passing.

Many years ago I used to drive semis, they bought in speed limiters and it really fucked every truck and made the roads more dangerous. Back in the day you would get some speed up before a hill and if you had a decent hp truck that pulled well under load you would overtake the slower vehicles fairly quickly, now everyone is stuck at the same speed and when you're on a flat it really is dangerous, you see the fucking retards tailgating eachother if they're not doing what your example shows, I've seen multiple accidents and a couple of deaths from tailgating. I get that it's frustrating as a truck driver but many truck drivers don't have the capacity to think anymore. Back in the day there were some excellent drivers, I see many dangerous drivers driving semis nowadays and doing shit like your example.
