While I don't know how prevalent it is, personal experience dictates that some definitely are. I don't even mean trying to take a shit either. When I was doing the stupid fuckin outpatient rehab shit for probation I had to take random, observed UA's and they have/had a FtM that pulls the pecker watcher shift. Shit's fucked, it's bad enough that someone watches you piss at all. That shit right there is down right demoralizing.

I watched a 19 year old CNA take this dementia patient to the shower for intake, she was a little hottie and he was so far off his rocker he could do a 360. (Normally I'm a little more understanding of this condition but this guy was cuckoo for coco puffs).

He came out with a SMILE. He didn't smile before or ever again that I saw. He escaped one day, made a break for it!
