Because while all people can eat beef White people can eat cheese and dairy and pretty much get almost all our protein from it if need be. You milk a cow everyday for years and it can't be taxed.

I couldn't give a fuck about methane, but a quick check says US has 6.6m horses and almost 40m cattle. He conveniently leaves out 28m beef cattle

Dogs have nasty farts but produce relatively very little methane.

horses for a start earn more money for successful owners than any of their employees do, and get magnitudes better healthcare and money spent on it than they spend on their trainers etc who they will constantly try and get out of paying money to for reasons.
