It's quite good! Your voice resembles a well-known established recording artist, but I can 't put my finger on who it is at the moment, I'll have to listen to this a time or two again to try and figure it out.
I will say this, to my untrained musical ear, your guitar sounds out of tune. I could be wrong, as I'm not a musician, but it does sound like it needs some TLC.
