It's fucking ridiculous to say you are "luring" thieves, under literally ANY circumstances. You should be able to leave 100 unsecured, brand-new bikes in your front yard with the expectation that NO ONE WILL TOUCH THEM.

I hate this concept, I remember it was used against that old man who "lured" those two 20ish year-old cousins into his basement and shot them dead. This man had reported to the police repeatedly that his house was being regularly broken into, and he knew it was these two kids from the neighborhood. On Thanksgiving, he parked his car behind his house so it looked like no one was home, then sat in his basement reading a book. He began an audio recording.

After some time, you hear someone break in upstairs, they come to the basement and get shot, one after the other. This man was convicted of murder. He did not invite these kids over, but they said he planned their murders... This submission is the same thing. Having nice things is not an invitation to thieves, or bait, or anything like that.

This is the law protecting criminals. Hate it so fucking much.

I've heard that recoding. He had clearly reached the end of his tether. They were stealing his war medals ffs.

I think if he had not made the audio recording, he may not have been charged. He laid a tarp out in the basement where he planned on making his stand and ambushing the thieves and set the recorder up in the hopes he would use it to exonerate himself.

IIRC, he walked up and executed the first one, dragged him off of the steps, and then waited for the second one and shot her. He executed her as well, but here's my thing- THIS MAN'S HOME IS UNDER ATTACK BY MULTIPLE PEOPLE. It seems appropriate to execute an intruder when there are multiple, and you don't know if they have guns or knives, or how many there actually are!

The guy is in prison for the rest of his life. You could tell he was whacky, but was that the result of feeling completely unsafe in his own home for months? Not knowing if one day he'll be asleep and the thieves decide to visit? Imagine what that will do to you, as you desperately file police report after report and they don't do a fucking thing.

And honestly probably because the two pieces of shit were young, eighteen and seventeen.

I hate this line of thought... as if we don't have plenty of stories of children as young as 7 murdering adults. They want us to think that 17–18-year-olds don't know right from wrong? Bullshit, I was that age, and when I was doing wrong, I knew it.

That case makes my blood boil.

He could have been fine if he hadn't literally explained how he planned to commit murder, then did. It's not like they didn't deserve it, but to paraphrase Trumpstein, "you have to murder them LEGALLY."

They had broken into his home so he had the law supporting his self-defense - Until he he pointed out it was self-offense. Never explain your reasoning to cops before talking to a skilled attorney. Also, don't record yourself doing the needful.

Yeah exactly. Very good point. I remember that case. Fucking kids stole some personal sentimental medals as well I believe. I don't understand why people can't except that if you break into someone's home you may be killed and this is perfectly fair in all aspects. Over-all it may be a harsh punishment but too bad that's life. There is never a reason to break into someone's home with criminal intent period.

Being soft on crime is being soft on jews. How else would jews be able to get away with their crimes?

Cops won't do shit because they're scared of racism. Kikes.

Not sure what was wrong done here.

They probably had a great thing going but they fucked it up by putting video of it on the internet and didn't feed the perpetrators to their pets instead.

Iirc, these two were in Bakersfield (or its environs) amd the state of California decided to prosecute them because crime is legal in California if you're non-White and everything is "illegal" if you're White.
