Fasting.

Phlebotomy. Iron is stored in ferritin protein which accumulates primarily in the blood and liver. Eventually, it gets stored in the other organs including the brain. Donating blood can help treat dimentia.

iron transports oxygen around the body. you want this. if you dont have this you have anemia. you dont want that.

english people different, dont know why, we end up with too much iron, treatable, cant remember how but its not that big a deal. im supposed to get tested never have.. fuck what is it... we just call it 'poms disease'

Get tested. You can go to any lab and order a blood iron panel. Find out what your ferritin count is. 300 and above is hyperferritinemia. Mine was high. Bloodletting brought it down.
