Should man make an AI super computer for all humanity to be ruled by?

Since no God of any man's religions have come to earth to guide or save us maybe we should just throw all that away and create our own God that will actually be here physically to solve our problems and settle disputes we have. No more laws from man but from a much more intelligent being. Logic and reason over egos and emotions, no more suffering.

Well, the obvious problem with that is this: The interests of the genetically divergent groups of humanity are not universal (there's overlap, but not actual universality). This means that an impartial 'god' would have no starting point from which to determine what is 'fair' or 'right' or 'just'. Morality is a social technology which (ideally) serves the interest of the genetic collective, not some cosmic set of rules that we can apply to every living thing as if they were interchangeable widgets.
