That entirely depends on their geography, regional politics, an the terms of the Jizya payments. Arabs, Turks, and Persians are more concerned about suppressing the Kurds to keep Kurdistan from fully developing into a regional threat, because they're culturally indistinguishable from the Israelis. Israel is happy to provide support in suppressing their Kurdish cousins, because it enables them to maintain their regional dominance and influence. Turks will gladly trade the sovereignty of any neighboring Arab state to maintain and expand their historic regional dominance in their bid to reestablish Ottoman level control. Iran, Russia, and China aren't interested in escalating WW3 on terms not favorable for themselves, and will gladly provide military supplies to otherwise enfeebled Arab countries as regional proxies until they're ready to escalate on their terms.

Well one of the reasons is that when Mohammed died Islam started to fracture. Which caused wars in the middle east which destroyed a lot of the wealth aqueduct highways remember a lot of that was the Roman Empire loads of libraries and priceless books were lost. Before Islam Eygpt was a land with Hugh agriculture. There are written records of the top soil washing away into the Mediterranean sea after the Muslims brought to many goats there. Lack of IQ among one of there bigger problems.

Good question! I think if you look at each country individually you will find a better answer but the short answer is: they don't like each other very much and they're either afraid of getting overthrown by the US government and/or they find it more profitable to do business with the US.

They also don't really have the military power to do shit and they know it. That's why Iran is so desperate to make a nuke, because it will give them a real weapon that can be taken seriously.

Because most Muslim countries don't like each other any more than they like Jews. They largely don't like armies marching across their territories, and don't even like being overflown. And the last time the countries surrounding Israel got together and tried to attack they got their heads handed to them and lost territory.
