He developed gain of function techniques to create novel coronaviruses which the Wuhan institute then used to create SARS COV 2. Ralph Baric is a bad dude who created “humanized” mice with aborted fetal tissue to serve as hosts for novel coronaviruses. He made a shit-ton of cash off of Remdesivir after he and his colleagues created the covid epidemic.,
