What got me sober was the realization that there is not a single good thing to be gotten from drinking. But there is a shit ton of bad.
Anybody who makes an argument in support of his, or her, drinking is doing nothing more than rationalizing their irresponsible, destructive behavior. Full stop.
It also helps to remember what an asshole I am when I drink. I don't miss that fucker at all.

Just finished a book on dopamine.
Dopamine does not give us any lasting pleasure. It simply influences us in a way to maximize future resources.
Blood alcohol rising is highly dopaminergic. However, being intoxicated offers no dopamine or any of the pleasure neurotransmitters. It’s a damn trap.
If you’re not a problematic drink, then no problem. However, if you find alcohol works as a powerful stimulant, then it is worth being cautious. I always found booze to work as a remarkable stimulant. I’d go to house parties and the stoners were always low energy faggots. It was the high energy drinkers I always got along with.
Then you and I probably would have had some great conversations.
My memories of drinking were always being at the kitchen counter. Often, people would assume it was my house. Was always fun to find people who could match that energy.
Then of course you’ve got the stoners sitting quietly in the bedroom in a circle throughout the entire house party.
Yeah, I loved to just chat and laugh. A different more fun and relaxed person comes out. One time I set off a fire extinguisher in someone's house, their spice rack never saw it coming.

motivation and support
Alcohol is a neurotoxin. It does nothing but reduce your glory and power. Also, if you want to smoke or drink, watch this video until the man in it that yells is yelling at you in your thoughts every time you see the product. Imagine him telling you in front of everyone you know how much of a weak faggot you are if you relapse.
I'm dead serious, this will work! Remeber, the ones who can't handle it take the escape every time ... just like private pile in the video.

Yes. I used to salivate when I saw the chewing tobacco cans. I just loved the old days of cutting weight with a massive wad of copenhagen (aka cope') wrapped up in a double wad of gum. It sounds gross, but there's no higher nicotine buzz.
This addiction plagued me for at least a decade after high school. I tried many sessession products to no avail. I finally triumphed, here's how.
I imagined, every time I saw those cans, how much of a fucking loser the tobacco executives thought I was. I literally imagined them laughing at me as I got lost int he thought of their product. I thought it through more and more and the RAGING DISGUST of what I loser I was became unbearable.
I have another story. Years ago, I was having too many ciders and beers (alcoholic?). I would literally get home from work and on the way pick up a sixpack for the evening consumption. This went on for a years until my favorite cider wasn't stocked right at the local brew store. They got real snippy on the third day I asked for it and was like "oh yeah? well FUCK YOU TOO!" and I just thought it would so cool to just cancel that liquor store (nothing but nogs and foreigners working there anyway). I think it was a couple weeks into my refusal to give them my business that I realized I was having the same problem again like I did with the chew (thinking about looking for a new store that maybe could import the cider I liked). I just got a glimpse of what was happening and realized that RAGING DISGUST again helped me. It can help all you other goats too.
Perhaps intolerance to niggerdom is the anwswer to addiction?
If you said no why do you believe alcoholism is a disease? That you can't control? Addiction of any kind is the result of a shitty society created by Jewish cancer.
If alcoholism was a real disease as the jew overlords paint it as the white Europeans would not have dominated the world up until 1960 because they were drinking a fuck ton
It's not a disease, that is 'dindu nuffin wrong' cope for weaklings. Addictions are acquired thru repetition. Millions have quit various addictions. One cannot decide to quit having a disease.
