Watch the gun not cycle due to lack of power. Dude looks like he's sporting a Browning Buckmark or similar pistol, an otherwise amazingly fine pistol. Mossad does their hits with .22's, but they try and get a behind the ear shot from point blank, so likely not Mossad.
I've got a Browning Semi auto .22 pistol, subs and shorts won't cycle the action...I have had subs cycle 2rnds after the 1st but I was experimenting, I cleaned the receiver and trigger group of all residue and blew it clean with the compressor and then applied a Qtip dab of sewing machine oil and that was in my shop where ambient temp was 76°F...it would not give 3 cycles, .22 ammo is dirty with much powder fleck, I was surprised that I got 2 cycles....in cool temps you won't get a cycle...on that note, I put a .40 Browning High Power and a .45 Colt 1911 outside in the cold for a half hour, mags in and chambered...when testing, the hammer on the Colt couldn't strike hard enough to discharge the rnd...the Browning did nothing...ACPs are not hip compatible, from my experience they are strictly underarm weapons. Complete opposite of the cold factor is heat...I've had .223 rnds swell inside the chamber of my Bushmaster just from absorbing heat from the sun with the ejector ripping apart the rim...in all fairness I had the same with the SKS. I've seen this with bolt actions too where the fire pin would stall it's movement due to cold related metal contraction. Extreme cold weather is an animal that creates a lot of problems with firearms which is why it's best to wrap the receiver and breech areas with a good covering...it's even good to have cotton or kleenex partially plugging the muzzle to prevent snow from finding it's way in.
Fuck I hate Glocks, I've got a few in .40cal, I also have one that blew up on me while in a rapid fire shoot, pre chamber detonation (rnd was struck by firing pin before slide locked closed)...I fucking hate plastic guns
