is this patch arrangement acceptable for an unaffiliated rider? if not Ill move the Harley patch to the side or front.

Yes! It is acceptable...

What you Can't have are the following on your jacket:

- The name of an established OUTLAW MC, nor any of their defining symbolism
- An MC Patch
- A 1%er Patch
- A state/territory name
- NEVER EVER wear a "Lone Wolf" patch (That will get you fucked up)!
- Never put ANY outlaw MC symbolism ie. "1%er stickers" on any areas of your Bike, it's considered disrespect!

DO NOT mimic this setup:

Top rocker: name of the club
Center patch: specific club emblem
**Bottom patch: State/Territory name

If you think there is the remote chance that you'll get invited to a 1% MC club house, brush up
on all the etiquette involved...

Putting a state on your jacket/cut implies territorial ownership. You will get fucked up if you wear an MC looking cut, and put a state name on it, and you run into an MC that claims that state/territory.

Been riding for a couple of decades now, but I've never messed with patches or motorcycle gangs. Most I've ridden with is a few guys from work for a bite to eat or go camping or whatever. Of course these were military guys so we didn't really get messed with. Most motorcyclists seemed to like hanging out with us.

I don't know about the patch, but here's some good fun.

Go to the roughest biker bar you can find. When you figure out who owns the bike with the fairing, ask him if his mommy made him put that on there. Make sure others hear the query.
