Helicopters aren't in the air for a long period of time, maybe 1.5-2hrs tops, if a person can't "prepare" properly for the short aerial jaunt then they're probably unqualified for the purpose that requires the air lift. For 25years I had a derailment contract with CN Rail and Wisconsin Railway, I had 2 helios on standby, within a half hr from FOB helio pad I could have personnel dropped into place within a radius of 100miles...if a person can't prepare for a short flight then what can they prepare for? The way I see it anyway.
When you toss the commies out you can take advantage of the open door to also relieve yourself. Pissing on those communist bastards after having thrown them to their well deserved deaths has got to be the most satisfying thing ever.
I've worked around them for a long time and never really thought about it. I assumed they're like jets.
If they're anything like military jets, they have piss-tubes. And emergency plastic bags. Large ones. I've seen the results of one of those bags being used in flight. Thank god I was of a high enough rank not to have to clean that shit up.
The larger, longer-flying aircraft have small toilets and a curtain. They both fold up. Some aircraft have a small dedicated toilet. Occasionally the smaller ones get refueled a few times during a mission and they end up in the air for 6-12hrs, so yeah, the bags do get used.

Just kidding, but you do realize helicopters can land just about anywhere…for an emergency, lol!

Helicopters can hover too. Just open the door, drop trou, hang out the bum, hold on tight, and let 'er rip.

But we didn't call them "bathrooms" so much as "wide mouthed bottles".
