Any Catholic who didn't immediately declare the Catholic church itself illegitimate and renounce all support for the entire institution is admitting that they care more for the institutional power of Catholicism than they care about the legitimacy of the institution.

Pope Francis is an anti-pope. Doesn't negate anything the Catholic Church teaches, nor does it negate any Catholic Dogma or Doctrine. Obama was president of America, doesn't mean he represented what America truly is, or the people within America. It is a scandal, in that Francis is in a position of leadership, but that doesn't mean he is a good leader or truly represents all the Catholic Church is or does or teaches.
