That was quite awesome... I would have brought an air quality monitor and a rolls of string to follow my path back out. I suppose if it was a known spelunking site already they were safe enough... I definitely would not go in an unknown cave that deep without better equipment.

I thought it was awesome too, incredible.

I think they may have been through the cave before because they were very, very, extremely reckless if they were not.

I might just be cynical, but I think they know the area and pretended to be going in for the first time, but I could be wrong. The whole time I was thinking, how the fuck are they going to find their way out.

But I am glad you watched, and liked it, it is a cool video

Glad it's on video. I liked all the different rooms and formations, but you couldn't pay me to go into a place like that myself. Getting lost in a cave is the stuff of nightmares for me.

But it does make you wonder how much fascinating stuff is under your feet that you never know about.

Caves only form in limestone (and a few other exceptions). If there is no limestone in your area, nothing is hiding under your feet.

Speleology is a fascinating hobby and almost completely free of niggers. You should give it a try if there are caves in your area.

I was thinking the whole time, how the fuck are they going to find their way out of there!?!?

Yes, the cold water seemed like a tough challenge to return through.

They may have marked their path and noticed formations, air flow and water flow.

As I just said to someone else. I'm thinking they been through it a few times before and know the lay of the land in there, and just played it up as if they just went in for the first time. But I am cynical, I will admit that.

The mud sections looked like they had tons of footprints, or foot holes in the mud. Plus it has a huge opening near a road.

it's still a cool cave!

I was wondering if they had any value

If they were running video the whole time... just look at the replay.

Great post.

at some points in there, I dont think the video in reverse would help enough, a lot of the formations are similar, especially where they came in.

thanks, I am glad you enjoyed it. I was mesmerized, so I had to share it, hoping you all here would appreciate, I am glad it did not go unnoticed.

Happy Thanksgiving!

He didn't find a cave the cave exists. Sure many people knew the cave existed long before the home was built. It's not like the guy dug out his basement and found there was a giant cave behind his under his house that no one knew existed. This is just a big cave.

By the way caves can store heavier than air gases that can put you to sleep without you knowing it and you will die from lack of oxygen. It's why you don't go into places like old missile silos and deep basements without oxygen masks or sensors to determine that there is not enough oxygen to breathe cuz you can go down in it and not have enough oxygen for your brain and instantly fall asleep without any prior warning and you won't have any Oxygen to breathe that you will die and that may be why there were skeletons found in the cave.

If that is true, he has got a gorgeous cave, or I mean home

[ - ] Prairie 2 points 5 monthsNov 27, 2024 23:54:49 ago (+2/-0)

If only he could add direct access to those large rooms. Mega bunker.

I would have to imagine it is possible. I wonder how far down he would have to go from his basement

I skipped through about two minutes of it before I had to quit because I started to feel panicky and claustrophobic. That was horrifying.

I thought it was interesting

Though I was sure glad it was them and not me in danger
