I work out before bed and have no problems.

I work out at 2:30am and go to bed at 4am. Second shift is wonky.

Don't go to bed too soon post workout and expect to sleep. After a workout, isn't it hours before one should have a lie down? 3 hours post workout and/or meal.

Me? I would wait until morning. A good night's sleep is just as important as the workout.

Only if it interferes with your sleep. If you wake up more fatigued for the day then it appears that it does affect your sleep quality.

Just lifted from 9-11:30pm.

I worked second shift in college and tend to be a night owl.

If I can get my lifts in during the morning, it's easier to perform the lifts but I am usually good for a nap around 6pm.

Only if you have to get up early and you don’t get 7-8 hours of sleep.

Legs will keep me up way longer.

Around bed time, I prefer to do bed time things like calming down for the evening and letting myself get sleepy.
