You mean the 'manufactured PEGylated 'Fatty' Lipid dissolves pretty quickly - just like vascular plaque/ cholesterol build up, these LNP's are all throughout the body, in muscle tissue, circulatory system, lymph nodes, ovaries, testes, and the brain, it is not accurate to claim it might not be causing issues 'three years down the line'. The LNP was chosen because it doesn't downgrade (only the mRNA payload inside).

Of course, you are right tho about him being overweight, having comorbidities increases all cause risk.

EDIT: Look im not actually disagreeing with you on the whole topic , other than the (known and unknown) dangers surrounding the deliberate use of LNP as the means of delivery.
In all my efforts i failed to find what ultimately happens to the LNP after injection - other than a single sentence mention of 'after several weeks the LNP's are expelled from the body' nothing on how, where or what body process - are they 'expelled ' via sweat (subdermal muscle tissue), urine (infiltrating the liver and bladder, from feces (infiltrating bowel, colon, gut, intestine) or are they 'expelled' orally (lungs, throat, mouth). Now wE also have to assume these LNP's are acting like typical 'beneficial' Lipoprotiens and not the ones that cause blockages and build up.

If you know how, please let me know - my GP and pharmacist have no idea. Nor did the NZ Ministry of Health helpline, other than refer me back to the Govt website.

TLDR: All articles or study's i've ever seen mention nothing about what happens to the LNP after delivery of it's payload.

Also just the use of a LNP itself, is clinically known to cause inflammation issues.
