Yesterday I had some old Romanian, who clearly has strong state socialist influences left on him from having grown up in a Communist country, dimly imply I never got past the 5th grade because I disputed his contention that Trump is "stupid". He's the type of pleb that is impressed by credentials and I noted Trump attended Penn - an Ivy League school.
This, mind, while I told him I didn't vote for Trump. He still acted like a dumbass. Notably, the Trumpiest countries tend to be places like Israel or Russia. Western Europe is anti-Trump to the tune of like 5-1 or worse.
I find that I rarely like Europeans politically. Least of all when they move here.

My xitter browsing shows me Americans generally don't like Europeans, hold the continent in disdain even. Been worse since Trump's win
Whenever I see a comment such as England has fallen (or France or Ireland or Germany etc) odds on it's an American. And a Trumpard, at that. Such comments are often accompanied by a muh guns brag.
Not too long ago I got pissed by such a comment on a post about 300 migrants being bussed into a small German village. Some magatard bragged that wouldn't happen in America because muh guns. I left him a narky comment that it has been happening all year in America and no one blocked the buses with muh guns.
I wasn't the only one pissed. It's got to the point where insults are being traded on twitter between Europeans and Americans, with Americans being routinely told to mind their own fucking business (I quote).
Expect it to get worse. About the only country that hates Trump more than Western European ones is Mexico.
During the Bush administration Republicans made jokes about the French. This was a kind of approved racism borne of the Iraq War that France refused to particpate in and the fact there are few ethnic Frenchies in the US and our Anglo culture.
But dealing with Europeans - or Canadians or Australians for that matter - is basically like being in proximity to Bostonians everyday. Or like Vermont without the guns. Though Bernie Sanders is not the only New Yorker or Masshole to move there.
The funny thing is Trump is not a stupid man. His political theater is intentional. He is the microcosmic reflection of appeal to the lowest common denominator. In that he maintains the largest base he can. It’s simple politicking. The fact more people here who claim to be awake can’t seem to understand this… why? Because there is a Jew somewhere in his periphery? How one dimensional. Call me a Qtard or whatever but you will see soon enough… there is a complex military-intelligence operation at hand. You’ll see. The cabal will be exposed. The conspiracy theorists will be yet again proven right.
