After a nuclear war, assuming there are survivors and we don't get a nuclear winter, there will be real, pure, bloody anarchy. No more electricty, no stores, no roads, no doctors nor dentists.

This is a guy who has spent 100% of his time reading books about communism and has never been out in the real world.
