How to fix cities in america.

submitted by Crackinjokes to TellUpgoat 5 monthsNov 23, 2024 05:14:30 ago (+1/-0)     (TellUpgoat)

Getting right to it the way to fix cities in America is to allow all the citizens of all the rural areas of the states to also vote in the elections for the mayors of the cities in that state.

Remember cities as government entities are a creation of each state. A state authorizes a city to be created as a separate government entity subservient to the state. This is how all cities exist in the United states. The state's regulate how the cities can operate.

Therefore it is not unusual or even extraordinary in any way to modify the rules of how cities operate in States to say that cities governments must represent the larger population of the state as well as what is typically a very abnormal population that live within the technical City borders.

Remember it's a fiction to think that cities only affect those within their borders in a state. For example the city of Atlanta is actually a huge both drain and asset on all the rural areas around Atlanta and indeed the whole state regardless of the technical borders of the city of atlanta. Millions of people who live outside the city work in the city millions of people who live outside the city are affected by the economics of the city both positively and negatively. Millions of people who live outside the city are affected both positively and negative by the politics of the city. Millions of people who live outside the city have their tax dollars to the state commingled in many different ways including subsidies to the cities. Yet people who live outside the cities through an archaic rule that existed when the states allowed the cities to be formed do not get to vote in the matters of the government of the city whose decisions and effects extend Way beyond the city borders into their rural areas.

Therefore people who live outside cities in States are taxed by cities secondarily and affected by cities both secondarily and directly yet they do not have the constitutional right to have representation in those City governments even though portions of their taxes go to those cities. Therefore people who live in rural areas should be allowed to participate in the elections to vote for the leaders of cities within their states.

What this would do would be to prevent the black dependency model of cities to take over the governments of cities in the us. Currently you have large black populations that flock to cities because of the various subsidies and support programs those cities have and they distort the representation and voting power within the cities this is why you end up with so many black mayors of cities in States that are a minority black. It makes no sense to have the leaders of the major governmental creations of a state be led by a small proportion of the population of that state.

So once again the answer to the problems of cities becoming cesspools governed by leaders elected by the people who live in the cesspools because of the cesspools attraction is to allow people who live outside of this pool to participate in elections to select the governments of those cities so they can modify the city policies and make them less of cesspools.

And remember once again it is the state government which authorizes and controls how cities are formed and how they exist and their right to exist within a state. there is absolutely no inherent right for a city government to exist at all under the US Constitution or anything else other than the state's own rules and regulations about the formation growth shrinking and dissolving of a city and its government.

In fact it may be the case that the best solution is to completely dissolve City governments and force all the land use regulations within the area of a city to be governed by the state government and rules set by the total electorate of the state including rural areas.

Remember rural populations and their rules which they must live under are already affected by the votes of people who live in cities within that state but who do not live in the rural areas. Yet they get to vote on rules and laws that control the lives of those people in the rural areas. Having the rural areas be able to vote on the governance of the cities would just equalize this fact.

It would end such harbinger's of sluttiness such as the governments of San Francisco and Los Angeles and Atlanta and New York City and Chicago and Baltimore another horrible cesspools that are being selected by the horrible cesspool of people attracted by the government handouts and other subsidies given by the cities which are actually almost always at least partially supported by the state taxes on the rural citizens who don't even live in those cities.

To begin to get into this I highly suggest you look into your own state's Constitution and laws which affect and determine how a city can be formed how it can be governed how it's borders can be expanded and how cities can be dissolved and how areas when within cities can create different cities and withdraw from the previous city. For example right now Buckhead is an area formally within the city of Atlanta attempting to create a city outside of the city of Atlanta to self governing themselves and to have their own Police department Etc instead of being influenced by the black dominated government of atlanta.

Additionally some states like Tennessee sought to address the horrible selective expansion of cities through unvoted on annexation by changing the laws within the state government about how a city can expand. In Tennessee they stopped cities from annexing large commercial areas to get the taxes without annexing the neighborhoods around them which they would need to support. The way Tennessee did this was to say nothing could be annexed without a vote of the people being annexed which put the brakes on cities doing this.

Importantly what these examples show is that cities are fictitious creations and are not natural beings and are completely governed by state rules which can be changed and there is no natural state of affairs which has created the current dysfunctional governments of cities.

The old rules may have worked when everybody had horses and carriages and it took hours to go 50 miles but in the days when people are driving their cars routinely for 25 and 50 mi commutes in and out of cities and transportation of goods and services within and without cities are merely half an hour or an hour away and the money flows into and out of cities from both state governments and actually Federal governments which is a separate problem are huge than those rules about how cities governments are chosen should be changed and have been changed.

To begin to explore this explore your States laws online about how cities can be formed expanded and dissolved and subdivided and you will begin to get a grasp of the fact that cities are completely fictitious created government entities completely controlled by the state and it is completely within the state's power to change how City governments must be elected.

And remember already citizens within the borders of a city get to vote on the state rules and government which govern the citizens who live in rural areas. Yet the opposite is not true and that inequity should be corrected.

The slopers and gooks also need to get it. Send their hot women back with some proper genetics in them and check back in 500 years and see if they're less insectoid

I like this, but would not this be causing even more divisions, city dudes against rural ones, etc?

But maybe a state online referendum as a direct vote for City govt is the answer, not sure.

Now we live in some kind of 3D fake cyber space stretching from satellites to the ground, where all is tracked and manipulated, and the real world is powerless. I was just reading about MS Azure Orbital, quite important piece of this surveillance jewmesh.
I believe people will have to solve this cyber fakery first, or we will be just losing our energy for nothing.
