Don't you get tired of asking this? I'm not sure if you're looking to feel good about how your life is turning out or what but you're always asking someone to sell it to you.
Marriage is a partnership unlike any other relationship and since it involves people, there is going to be a range of outcomes. If you love the person and recognize that there will be ups and downs, marriage is exceptionally satisfying. There's never been anyone on your team the way a spouse is, not even your parents.

I don't necessarily disagree however the onus is on you to make a good selection in the first place and to participate fully in the relationship.
Marriage isn't for everyone and it isn't always easy however I state emphatically the benefits outweigh the potential risks for the bulk of us.
I care not for the piece of paper that says I am married. The risks you mention are primarily a result of state involvement.

Are you suggesting that White men are shit fathers and husbands? My father raised three daughters and none of them are like you describe. A man aught to be able to keep his women in line, husband or father, and you don't need to use physical violence to do that. You must be looking in the wrong places or assuming what you read online is the truth about women.
I know there are many of us on this site that are in committed, mutually beneficial marriages, myself included, but you can continue to assume what you like despite plenty of anecdotal evidence to the contrary. Here's some more: On one side of my family there are over 50 marriages with less than a 10% divorce rate. Those divorced do not have to worry about their sons' dicks being cut off; the marriage just didn't work out for one reason or another.
Unless you are just trying to waste people's time, it is clear that this topic is an area of concern for you. I don't honestly have advice for you on how to meet a woman who doesn't suck other than the usual don't look in bars and places like that. I'm not religious and would never recommend that route. I would look to friends and family for recommendations. I met my spouse online but that was over 20 years ago and it seems like online stuff nowadays is mostly for hook-ups. Hobbies are another potential way to meet people.
Don't get married if you don't think it's worth it but for many people it is second-best in life after having children of their own. Good luck, dude. I hope you find what you are looking for.

Yes getting government involved in marriage is fucked so you could try to find someone who doesn't want to go that route.
But I want you to realize that divorces are not as prevalent as you are led to believe. Supposedly the rates themselves have been coming down since the 80s, but more importantly, people getting divorced are the ones getting divorced again and again. You still have a decent chance of not divorcing if neither party has been divorced before.
