They don't, they just accept it better because they've been trained to fear being unarmed. But yes, a homogeneous society would be nice and when we had one there was little to no need to carry a firearm.
Israel is the size of New Jersey. There are 30 states in the US you can open carry if you choose....but admittedly, it's not accepted.

They don't. It said they have mandatory military service, don't have that here, also said they encourage people to take their weapon home...you ever used a military firearm?
