You need to build bunkers that are immune to drones. Hang hippy beads all down the hallway into the bunker which a human will effortlessly pass through but a drone will get its propellers tangled. Just one idea.

Another idea would be net launchers. You just get a bunch of those tshirt launchers and retrofit them to launch nets or some other similar implement which will grab and tangle a bjg swath of them.

That's just low-tech solutions. They could easily use hi-tech shit to come up with some automated turret that launches a giant spread shot like a giant shotgun that rapid fires volleys through the swarm, would shred them fairly easily.
