It's funny that's on a dance mix collection. That is not a dancing song. It used to be played in songs that played dancing music occasionally but it is not a dancing song. There is nothing rhythmic about it.
He didn't have a lot of stuff that went mainstream here in the states, but those two songs did do really well. He managed to gain notoriety in the very competitive and talent-filled 80's music scene.
