Sitting for long periods coupled with not shitting right away when you should. Yoga stuff, but for relax targeted muscle. High anxiety can cause.
I dont think this qualifies as kundalina, just taint stretches I tried other similar videos, but they kept talking about a vagina and I cant find mine.
I also sit a lot, but I'm regular. I think it's because I eat a lot of natural yogurt in the morning and have healthy food with vegetables. Also soup is important for a healthy stomach.
Yogurt is very helpful. It keeps your stomach healthy and teeth white, and digestion. It also helps with stomach inflammation. If you had too spicy food, have some yogurt and soon the burning will stop.
