While I don’t deal with tall grasses, but do agree with that method for wrangling the grass, I do have to say, that the string method is fine for branches and such, which I deal with quite frequently. However, I be been doing just fine with dragging shit on a tarp or even piling sticks on the front and rear racks of the quad and driving them out back to the burn pile.
The string thing for me might seem to be a bit more time consuming than I care for.
