Don't fall for this blatant manipulation of the truth.
The feds added toxic chemicals to various industrial alcohols that were being used by bootleggers to make booze. The intent was to curb this practice. Unfortunately there were some deaths as a result, but it was in the tens. Not 10,000.
The feds have pulled some real shit over the years but accusing them of patently absurd BS like this is fucking dumb. This is some low bar propaganda. Question everything especially the stuff that plays hard to your existing biases.
I'm not sure about your assessment. They definitely denatured alcohol and knew people were drinking it. There were many cases of blindness in addition to deaths and when called out the gov't basically said "Oh well" and no one was ever held accountable. Additionally, the Waltons and Kennedy's made a killing with their legalized sales (pharmacy) and boot-legging. Prohibition was very beneficial for certain groups.
Alcohol is poison. How many billions of people have died from alcohol addiction? Alcohol has killed more people than any other poison in history.
This whole fucking idea that prohibition was such a disaster that we just had to bring it back because alcohol consumption is sensible is jewish propaganda.
We all suffer from alcohol use. We are all poorer. Alcohol production is resources thrown away. It would be better to just burn a trillion dollars on a bonfire than for our society to produce and use alcohol. Alcohol makes people slaves to the people that produce it and profit from it (like the government). Those people are parasites that make nothing of value.
Alcohol consumption is a trick implemented by parasites to live off of you.
The alcohol industry is a scam just like banking. All of its profits come from harm. It is a major source of inefficiency in our society, like niggers and usury and socialism. This is why we can’t have nice things. How much richer would we be without alcohol consumption? How many more kids would have decent functional parents? How much cheaper would health care be?
Prohibition was a grass roots effort which was truly democracy in action. Corrupt corporate interests ultimately overturned it. The White race is not better with alcohol, any more than it will be better on pot and heroin. Stop coping.
This factoid sounds like bullshit boomer pap. No fucking supporting links. Yeah, estimates. How did they get those? All highly suspect.
Have to agree with a lot of what you said. The Amish are a good example of a clean white society avoiding jew tricks about as well as possible.
But I think there was some other stuff at play.
1. It should never have been illigal for we free humans to make our own alchol 2. Alchol production by farmers to create fuel should never have been stopped 3. White europeans drinking could have taken over the world so as negative as it is we dominated with it as well
1. It should never have been illigal for we free humans to make our own alchol
Ok as long as we can agree on harsh penalties for selling any booze for profit.
Alchol production by farmers to create fuel should never have been stopped
Were they using alcohol much as fuel before prohibition? I have no idea.
White europeans drinking could have taken over the world so as negative as it is we dominated with it as well
We did. For jews and kings. Not for us. They were paying white sailors in rum to ship niggers to the Americas. They paid white men in booze and tobacco to engage in all those brother wars and colonial conquests that brought us in contact with shitskins. Alcohol is a means of control by elites because drunks are obedient zombies in order to acquire more booze.
But booze is freedom, right guys? Winning!
Agree about the amish. The success of amish culture is efficiency which comes from good morals. If you are economically accountable for your own behavior, you will never waste a huge amount of your resources on getting shitfaced or you will starve. If the liberals were more self-aware they would see that any drug or alcohol use is “unsustainable” in their parlance. Curbing drug and alcohol use is one of the first places I would start if I wanted to “save the planet” — its so fucking wasteful.
Were they using alcohol much as fuel before prohibition? I have no idea.
A ton of it. Early engines had compression ratios low enough that they could easily run on alcohol, and gasoline wasn't 'entrenched' yet. Gas competed with alcohol as a fuel, and liquid fuel engines competed with woodburning engines (seriously, steam cars were the fastest cars around for decades).
Henry Ford started a whole movement around growing crops just for ethanol for fuel, which was pitched as 'securing our energy future'. It was the major impetus of the Chemurgy movement.
Yes. Alcohol is literally the liquid jew. Something meant as an occasional celebratory pleasure takes over peoples lives and destroys them. Eastern Europe in particular has been destroyed by alcoholism
Have you seen those "Lips that touch alcohol will never touch ours" posters from back then? Reminds me of these fat, unfuckable women "withholding" sex nowadays lol.
I don't think so but maybe. Those were some ugly bitches in that poster. According to AI: The phrase “Lips that touch liquor shall never touch mine” originated in the late 19th century as a temperance movement slogan. It was popularized by George T. Evans, an American composer, and his song “The Lips that touch liquor, shall never touch mine” (1874). The song was part of the movement against alcohol consumption, particularly among women.
Except that they were right. Drug abuse is bad. And why should women marry alcoholics? The majority of broken homes back then were due to drunk husbands.
The kvetching hags were right. It was the men who didn’t learn anything, supported the repeal of prohibition. Now our society is flooded with drugs of every kind. Drug addiction is a massive epidemic that is destroying White families.
I don't know. I believe more in personal accountability. It's not the drug itself but the misuse that is a problem. I don't think it's the government's job to "protect" us from what they deem to be dangerous.
Personal accountability eh? Well then we should legalize heroine and coke and let them set up shop and sell next to grade schools huh? Because personal accountability. Our entire race, our civilization, is dying because of addiction. At what point will you admit that total freedom is an unreasonable policy?
Addiction, like socialism, usury, and niggers has a net negative effect on our society. Addiction is everyone’s burden, not just the addict’s. Addiction is an economic liability. It throws away our shared resources to produce the addictive products (wasted land, labor). It makes the labor of addicts unusable. It makes addicts bad parents. It wastes our medical resources because it makes people sick.
Scientists addict lab rats to alcohol by putting it in their environment— because addiction is a biological process. Do you honestly think humans are any different than those lab rats? Addiction is an exploit of human physiology. It is used by parasites to make alot of money by turning their fellow humans in to zombie slaves. This is a biological process that people are vulnerable to genetically. Its not a choice. Its a scam. Selling alcohol and other addictive products is a trick to enslave humans, usually as teens. When are you going to wake up?
The job of government is to protect our interests as a people. Its the reason why governments outlaw murder and theft. Do you have a problem with governments to interfere with those activities? Then why not this one? We must outlaw behavior that has no benefit and perpetrates a great harm on the people will making exploitive individuals super wealthy and powerful. Meritorious individuals will never rise to the leadership of our society when parasites can gain power by tricking and harming the population.
I get what you're saying but I still disagree with your assessment of government's role and individual/ societal responsibilities. Remove government nannying and we return to meritocracy real fast. Addicts aren't addicts just b/c they were exposed to the thing to which they are now addicted.
