I was given a Divine Mercy where God let me go free from an unjust incarceration that lasted 5 long years

I think I'm supposed to talk about this Divine Mercy often but I don't know how. I'm mentioning it as proof of God's existence that I have seen. I've seen lots of answered prayers in life, and it's important to say that God protected me through the 5 years of racial jungles.

About my charge, I'll just say it was a felony that became misconstrued into something worse than it was.

I am a Bible believing Christian.

I'm sure that those 5 years weren't the brightest happiest time in your life, but you came through unscathed right?
You still have your health and life ahead of you.
The coming trials of good vs evil will be hard on all of us, but you will be left in peace for your devotion to the Lord.

I took benzo's nightly for 3 decades. Been off for two years. Been off booze for two months. Have not slept this good in a looooong time

edit: I only took benzo's for sleep. Typically 1mg lorazepam. On a bad day or if I knew I needed sleep, would up it to 2. Mixed with about 3 or 4 glasses of wine, sometimes a benadryl thrown in for good measure

Hey ex-benzo user here. Often mixed them with a few drinks. Been off the benzos for 20 years or more. Quit the booze 3 or 4 years ago. Also quit coffee and its much easier to sleep now.

this shit just gave me acute delirium so right now i'm in deep shit. i could just die tonight from a stroke or a coma so easily.

on top of that i have been dealing with low thyroid for a couple of months now. what a whammy huh?

glory to his name. i'm currently going through a little bit of hell myself here. just today i was at the ER and i was diagnosed with clonazepam withdrawal. so yeah. this is hell i can barely sleep at night and am always jittery all day long and now i dont have the desire to consume food.

word of warning to anyone that wants to use (xanax, clonazepam, valium or any other benzo) dont do it!

dude its not the wifi is the medication which is highly addictive, if you use it long enough.

your body will create a dependence on the substance and it will crave it. that's not counting the psychological damage that it might do long term like personality changes and the like. i'm fucked

Benzos and booze are two of the only things that withdrawals from can kill you. Kava can definitely help with that, it works on the gabba receptors too. You might want to look into that.

yeah i was just declared with acute delirium just yesterday at the ER. he gave me another benzo on site to calm me down but it didnt do crap. i think i will either end up crazy from this or just die

i can barely sleep and i'm agitated all the time. its hell. oh and the paresthesia is horrible too.

i fear at some point i might check in in to a cuckoo hospital for treatment whatever that means

0.5 mg just yesterday i was declared with acute delirium at the ER because i spent 3 months weaning myself off from this medication. dont do it people. see a true specialist who will guide you how to detox. either way he will give you another benzo for you to endure the withdrawals

i have suffered from high anxiety and panic disorder since i was at least a teen.now i'm paying a heavy price for again, trying to wean myself from it

my child psychiatrist did never tell me the dangers of this medication. though she mentioned one time that i should have get better so that she would give me something different. but she kept giving me this medication for a long time ( i have been on the same dose since the 90's) 0.5 mg
