New frame - 3k. Everything else moves over. If this is a big deal you shouldn't own the bike.

But I will point out that while it may be lighter, you lose durability which is why a 3k dollar bike wouldn't have done this. This is why I prefer steel over carbon.

they've done tests and turns out the airborne fibers of those carbon nanotubes are basically asbestos.
