i was at Rowville VicRoads last to rego a new car. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Compared to Hoppers Crossing which is like a fucking prison intake room and takes an hour and a half to get through, or Dandenong which is closest to me, but you end up waiting in queues behind people who think theyre fucking waiting on methodone.

Considering this site is frequented by and large by slack jawed seppos I thought I might identify it in a way that was familiar to them . It took me just over 2 and half hours to get out and was told by the somewhat helpful woman at the desk that it was due to a computer failure on Friday which created a backlog of fuckheads trying desperately to get Australian ( western fucking australian ) licenses.
