So basically it's a welfare program for Jewish landlords. Jewish landlords are going to be paid by the government probably over-market rates to rent to non-citizens. The real beneficiary are not going to be the non-citizens they're not going to get the money it's the landlords that are going to get the money. And this is at a time when people were leaving New York so it's worked out very well for those Jews.

Also agree with comments about Jewish Family Services funneling money directly to Jewish landlords. It's a money capture that liberals are oblivious to. The money circle of life.
