Elections are rigged but they have to be rigged at the ballot still, electronic voting is throwing your vote away but a paper ballot is bulletproof, in a recount they matter, the only issue is physical ballot fraud.

Now if enough registered voters vote you can't get away with cheating because there are a limited amount of votes in play due to actual numbers of registered voters, this means for a non ordained candidate to win he must achieve more than half of all registered voters votes on more than half of all key counties.
