I'm confused. So at first I thought this was an undercover cop turning around to help a former cop and thus not caring how many civilians he killed along the way. And that still may be the case. Because I don't know how many regular people are going to know that there's one of those little dividers you can drive through at that exact location just after you drive by a cop that's in trouble. But I don't know what the guy was doing going past the cop unless he was going to turn around again and then do some sort of a traffic block on the other side so the cops car wouldn't be hit. And then maybe the guy lost control the cop lost control. Did it look like it was a cop that was getting ejected? Mean he did look like he was wearing a blue uniform when he was flying through the air.
