I dont understand how a person can let that happen to themselves without noticing.

I gained like 10lbs after 2 years of slobbing out in depression and head-down grind.
I felt like I was dying. I noticed.
Slogged it off in 2 months of better eating, no sugar and running (I also quit smoking).

I know this is offtopic a little, but ... fat people hate...

It's AI. Lighting at first glance should have given it away. The absurdity of the guns combined with a surprising volume of artifacts like the ladies foot phasing out of her shoe in the top let should have really given it away.
