When you goto custody court, they warn you and it is a warning, that if you proceed, they are gonna take control of your child, you will be able to bitch and moan, but you wont have a choice. The state takes over your child's welfare, its totally fucked. I asked you to mitigate custody, not take it upon yourself.

If you cannot work it out with the bitch, the state gets to decide, game over.
Remember that while you chase someone who will betray you.

I love my child more than I love myself.
Her mother is not worth one tenth of this suffering and legal horror.

My kid is though. Smart too.

You seem reasonably intelligent so passing on good genes would be one reason to procreate.
Really though, if you don't want to have children you should not.
For myself, it's been the best thing to happen to me in my whole life and I wouldn't trade it for anything. I read where someone described the experience of being a parent as seeing in color after their whole life prior has been in black and white. It's kind of like that. You don't and can't know what you're missing but you can't go back either. Someone else said it's like having your heart walking around outside your chest and that seems true to me too. Pros and cons of course but for me it's not even a contest.

That's one reason. Another is that if the human body is fighting off too many "infections" (or antigens) at the same time it doesn't develop immunity to all of them effectively. IIRC there was a limit of 3 determined experimentally, which is why you have combo vaccines like MMR (measles, mumps and rubella).
